I see! nice to get a perspective on that, I guess they wouldn't have the option to mix and mage PG/VP if people didn't vary in tastes! I will try out different ones and see which one suits me I'm surprised to see some E-liquids go to such a high content of nicotine! Cigarette packets contain no where near that amount.

Unfortunately the amount of nicotine in a cigarette has nothing to do at all with the amount of nicotine in E-Liquid.

- The numbers you see on cigarette packs tell you how much nicotine is in a single cigarette's smoke when smoked in a specific and automated way. The cigarette itself has about ten times that nicotine, but most of it will be destroyed in the heat of the smoldering.
- The numbers on E-Liquid give you the amount of nicotine in the stuff itself, not the resulting vapour. And the amount is for 1 milliliter of E-Liquid, which roughly translates to about 7 to 10 cigarettes
- The nicotine absorption from vapour is different from the absorption from cigarettes (the cigarettes appear to be delivering somewhat faster and more). The reason for that is debated.

So, you simply can not compare the numbers on a pack of fags to the numbers on a bottle of liquid.
You will self-regulate your nicotine intake. If you use higher strength liquid, you will automagically vape less than with lower strength e-liquid. Well, most do =)

And then there is another thing. Many vapers don't vape to give up smoking. I personally vape because it is _better_ than smoking. Vaping is like smoking 2.0 - all the fun, none of the death.

This is a great thread. I didn't understand about the ratios in liquids before.

Afternoon everybody! Received my E-Cig in the post but I seem to be having a problem - there seems to be fluid leaking out of the mouth piece after a short while. I have followed all instructions and it still seems to be happening. Any advice?

Yeah! I went for the Evod 1300 that most people recommended! I haven't been overfilling it or anything of the sort..

I dont use evods but they do suffer with condensation in the mouth piece so it could be that.

Yeah I can see it condensing in the mouth piece which isn't good news! the taste of the e-liquid isn't very flattering I'm going to try and fill it with another liquid now.. I have literally been following all the correct steps as far as I know.

A way to reduce condensation build up is too:

When you vape and let go of the power button is to keep vaping on the evod for 1-2 seconds to drag out all of the vape that is left behind.

Ugh, I followed all advice/all the instructions yet just after about 10-15 vapes, I got myself a nice mouthful of pineapple E-Liquid..!

Did you get more than 1 Evod atomiser? If you did try the other. Also it takes a tankful of liquid or so for them to "bed in" and the flavour come through.
