Got to be something not tightened down properly somewhere pulse, try your other one and then rinse out the one above and take apart and just make sure all is tight when back together.

Maybe the extra stands that are in the head are missing, here is a piccy of the inside of the head without the extra strands that sit on top of the main wick:



I would just try the other Evod and see what happens, cannot see it happening to both

Both Evod's! I'm in contact with Steve from where I bought it from, he's been giving me examples of things that may lead to a result of a leak but I've confirmed and followed all instructions yet still get a leak..! going to head down the returns route and Steve can have a look himself!

Gutted pulse. One of my fave clearos for never leaking ia the iclear 16. Great little clearo and the heads seem to last forever. Dual coil as well so plenty of vapour and throat hit. www.ukecigcabin.com/product/innokin-iclear-

Yeah slightly gutted! There doesn't seem to be any cracks in the mouth piece or anything of the sort, the rubber seal is in place and tight.. just seems to be leaking somehow, I have no idea how! will look into that thank you roscopecotrain. See if I can sort out a possible return and replacement! may even opt for a different E-cig kit if it permits, not had a good experience with this one

Try not to let it put you off pulse. I would guess it isnt wicking well and so the juice is sitting all ober the wick etc and when you take a suck you suck up half a ton of e liquid. Did you get any spare heads qith the kit pulse? Have you checked your head against romelee picture above?

Just a thought pulse. If you have one that is clean maybe take it apart and take some picturea of the different parts and we might be able to spot what is wrong.

Just a quick thought:- Are you dragging hard on it like you would a cigarette?

Get one of your evods and place upside down (drip tip downwards) and pour some water into the evod and see if any leaks.

Without the head attached.

Just a little bit of process of elimination

EDIT: Also forgot to ask, the liquid that comes out is it pure juice or a bit of both? Juice and Condensation?..you can normally tell by the thickness of it.

I had that happen a few weeks ago, I was out and about and suddenly my evod started spewing liquid. I assumed it was a gonner, but when I got home I cleaned it out, left it to dry, reassembled, and it has been fine ever since ... can't explain it at all. First and only time I have had this problem with an evod.

I had a problem with new evods leaking and now it seems they only leak if they are half full of juice or less.
I keep them filled up and no problem.
I never had this problem before and cannot figure the mechanics behind it either.

Oh no, pulse, I really feel for you. That's areal bummer, when you are full of anticipation to use a new bit of gear, and it doesn't live up to the hype.
I don't use Evods, but I do use Protanks, made by the same manufacturer and using the same atomiser heads. I have had a few leaky moments when I first started using them, but as long as I make sure everything is tightened up and I don't either overfill it or let it get too low, it works a treat!
I hope you get this sorted quickly, and as others have said, don't let it put you off either the Evods or vaping. These things happen, and it's all part of the steep learning curve which we have to climb until we have a better understanding of how these devices work.
Keep us posted - BTW, where is your location, if we know where you are, perhaps someone could lend you something to be going on with, or help check your kit to make sure it's working properly. Just a thought!
