If and when I decide to become nicotine free I have had a complete turnaround in my strategy.
I said I would reduce it month by month but I don't think I would. I think back to the torture of cutting down cig days. The misery of having to last three hours and the joy when three hours was up. I just think it would be easier for me to just stop the nicotine and get my head round three weeks of headaches/fatigue are likely to come, than have it happen once a month, so twelve times. I would need to work on my current thought process and instead of moaping and feeling I am missing out instead see it as a three week process towards total nicotine freedom. Easier said than done I know, but I just think I might be better to just do it, and get it over with when decision time comes, mind you it's certainly not yet.
