Well, I took delivery of my IGO-L from Safercigs today, and as soon as I got my sweaty little mitts on it, I knocked up a coil and tried it out. OK, I should have thought about things a bit more, and wound a triple wick of 3mm silica like Andy Sutton recommends, but did my usual 4 wraps on top - of course, with the extra circumference, it came in at 2.5ohms which is a bit high! Still, I will recoil tonight and go for 3 wraps and see what difference it makes. Anyway, how does it perform? Well, high-ohm coil notwithstanding, it gives a great amount of vapour and a good flavour. TH is a bit lacking, but I suspect that a lower ohm coil will sort this out. It takes a good few drops of juice, and as long as I remember to hold it fairly upright whilst on my Vamo, no leaks at all. I'll report back on this thread once the new coil has been road-tested, but for £9.00 (yes, they are on 25% off at the moment!) it is a cracking bargain - go grab one if you don't already own an IGO-L! Andy

Agreed chykensa it's a cracking dripper and a solid feel and dead easy to re-wick, and for the price it's a steal

Vaguely reminiscent of an AGA-T top cap, and wonderfully simple under the hood - just two posts with screws, a nice deep juice 'tray' which I have wound my wick around, and a push-fit top with two 'o'-rings so that precise alignment of the air hole can be effected quickly and easily. It does have a nice weight to it, and it doesn't look too small on my Vamo either. I'll pop up a picture once I've done the dishes!! Andy

I couldn't wait any longer - the girls have gone out for a walk and I have taken out my 2.5 ohm coil and replaced it with a 1.6 (3 turns of .2 Kanthal over a triple 3mm silica wick) and it's vaping like a steam train after 3 puffs - it can only get better! Now to get out all my old samples and juices that have been relegated to the back of my box, and settle down with a glass of something red and alcoholic for a pleasurable evening's vaping! Andy

Got mine on the way from good old fast tech for £5. Can't wait as I am not getting on with my octopus, it 'sucks'.

You got a great bargain there, chykensa! I love my IGO-L. I think it is the only rebuildable that doesn't scare me. Have a lovely dripping evening!
