try using the TOR network i use it for some restricted sites being out of there domain ie youtube etc www.torproject.org/

i googled this yesterday,this all happened around 5 months ago[not the interview the story]

You might be right - but they'd probably just find another excuse.

I think the final score was 40-40. The trouble is, the BMA don't want to recommend them (it's just easier that way...too long an explanation) and therefore people will just continue to labour the point that e-cigs are not universally approved.
