I should add I can get very anxious in large crowds (yep I have mental issues as well as physical) so if you see me dashing (read hobbling) off or leaving abruptly in middle of conversation or even huddling in a quiet place taking deep breaths I will be just trying to calm myself down. I have learnt to stop panic attacks before they go full blown, but I just need a few mins to myself and out of the crowd! Having said that hopefully I will be able to stave off an attack without needing to escape!

Eta: normally I can make the excuse that I am popping out for a vape but that won't be so easy this weekend =p

A few forced slurps of the old falling down water will soon sort those minor ailments out...........

And very true Chris but I'm not meant to be drinking so I will be being sensible! (I will have some alcohol just sensibly)
