@ancient Hermit I stand corrected It's a bit of a mystery why yours flood but mine don't. I would not dream of correcting you or anyone else here! I just made it clear as to what I had found, I'm as lost as the next person as to why, but it does seem it must probably be part of "the Kanger approach to design philosophy" otherwise they would all have that tendency, or at least that is all I can guess it might be so far. I like that we just swap findings like that on here because then we can all learn from what each of us notices.

Ahhh got you.I must say my Egos havent seen the light of Day for about a year! I find eGos (3 650s, one of them is a vv twist) great for pottering about pruning and stuff in the garden, I use them on a lanyard, and hopefully the Anyvape Davide Mini will perhaps add something to it all as well! "I may as well try another brand while I am at it" was my other thought.

You don't need the mini to use on an ego - I think my spinner and twist look quite dandy with the beauty ring and a fullsize pro tank or Davide on them...

In defence of Kanger, we have bear in mind that this is still new technology and it can't be easy designing a bottom-coil clearo that works with any kind of juice (from 100% PG to 100% VG). Who knows, maybe future generations of the protank will be fully adjustable. On the subject of gurgling, I was wondering if it had anythong to do with the way individuals draw on their e-cigs. If you have a tendency to suck on the clearo you might be pulling too much juice into the atty, causing it to flood. What d'you reckon - are you a sucker?

full size Davide is definitely a bit tighter than on my new protank. +1 to this Plus in the looks department (once a new drip tip is fitted) for me it beats the Protank 1 & 2...dunno why but i don't like the top shoulders of the Protank 2 Put all that aside as the main thing is "Does it perform well".....answer is YES

If you have a tendency to suck on the clearo you might be pulling too much juice into the atty, causing it to flood. What d'you reckon - are you a sucker? Fact is I think I know what's going on here, I don't use the heating system in the home much, and the tanks being glass and metal, take a chill overnight, and when I vape them, they go from cold to warming up, but along the way the vapour condenses and forms a load of condensation in the upper part of the tube, and it's that which gurgles. So, this is the summer and I can already imagine how this will be in winter, so, poor old kanger or not, I'm looking elsewhere having tried 3 of their products so far and had the issue with them all. Other makers examples of this new technology have impressed me rather more in that respect over the same period. I know nothing is perfect, but I can keep looking to find something that suits me better. On it's day, with a clean out, a brand new atty head, and no condensate, there is little I like better than my 2 protanks, and the evod can be nice for a bit too. However I do find they gurgle before very long, and that's when I am encouraged to reach for something else. I even cracked a smile at the Protank 1.5 they sent me a while back! I reckon they will possibly be scarce items, was funny though! For those who've not seen one it's a protank 1 with a protank 2 base block insert! It is an odd looking item!
