E-Vic set up

OK..........got an e-vic today & spent most of it familiarising myself with it's workings......I have a couple of questions regarding the menu:

1. Going into "switch" mode, it shows a choice of vv, vw, RVV, RVw1. RVW2 & RVW3....I prefer to vape VW, so I have set it to that. On the start menu, when you power up, it shows a recommended vape setting of 5.4W......I presume this can't be altered manually, or can it?

2. On setting it to the RVW settings, it shows 2,0W on all 3.....Are these pre-set for ease of choice & if so, can they be set at any wattage. I can't find how to do it.

3. I'm finding also that vaping at my usual wattage of around 7.5W is resulting in a burnt taste, so I've dropped it to 6W - 6.5W to counteract it, but wondered if that is normal.

1, I ignore that recommended vape setting

3, If it works fine at 6w too 6.5 then leave it at that, think some batteries work differently

Forgot to mention it is much easier to change all the settings via the software rather than using the device,

Nice to see you're having fun Chris with the evic, i did not bother with them at all its part of the 1.3 firmware i just used watts and voltage

I plugged the E-Vic into my pc via the usb cable, but it doesn't seem to be recognising it

chrisjw open up the software and click on connect eVic and see if that works.

& the little bod telescope is gifted..........it's tiny...............

Remember to open MVR before you plug in your usb and use 'exit' not 'close window' when you disconnect.

If it ever crosses my table for repairs expect you user name to have been changed to something rude.

I recently repaired digicig's eVic and he will be finding that out when he plugs it in after Vapefest

I was thinking about making a rampant rabbit mod, not sure if there would be any market for it though.

Could borrow one of Wife's collection.
