Anyone tried Wolf Silica Wick from Vapor Freak

Saw this on the Vapor Freak site - and looked like an interesting alternative to Ekowool.

After long testing phases, we may introduce you to our new silicate cord. Specially made for us, not a chemical flavor, heat resistance up to 1400Grad. Excelent capillary function.

Has anyone tried this yet - have 5m on the way as thought it might be worth a try when the Rose/Russian 91% arrives.

Ekowool is more durable than wolf silica but i prefer to use wolf for better taste.
I used both of them

Not a fan of Ekowool myself but this to me just seems like a good quality silica.

Can't say that I noticed any improvement in flavour but that may just be me

Anyone else?

Can't help you there I'm afraid Digi . . . Ekowool & Silica work well for me so I've not felt the need to experiment any further with wick.
