Sadly that looks exactly like the e-liquid that was being sold very cheaply on Amazon & Alibaba & had very bad reviews I can't remember the exact complaints about it as it was discussed quite some time ago.

We have so many good e-liquid suppliers in the vendors section - & cheaper than what you have been paying.

hi intelicide you can get the real evods at Paradisevape for £3.89 and a flat rate postage of £1.50. Try the 10ml taster eliquids from Jim at Joosejuice they are £1.49 each and I think the postage is £1.60. They are delish and you won't be loosing a lot if they're not your taste. Happy vaping

Sooo,I asked the shopkeeper today what brand this juice was and he told me Ruyan.
When I googled it I found there seems to be a lot of Ruyan's...

Anyway I found a couple of sites selling the same juice so can I assume it is OK?

OK, now we are getting somewhere. Ruyan is not really the best of answers. Ruyan exists as a company (now, by a different name), one of the original "inventors" of e-liquid. (and e-cigs)
Basically, IF it is just decanted Ruyan liquid, you really don't need to worry. Some of the early flavours such as...

RuYan 1 or 2 or even RY4 are kind of legendary e-liquids. RY = Ruyan.

Personally, I would say it is no different to buying Hangsen or Dekang. In other words, cheap, sometimes cheerful. Price-wise though, £3.60 would be a fair price for 10ml and £8-9 for 30ml.

The only spanner I can see is that genuine Ruyan e-liquid is probably not sold under the name Ruyan anymore. Like saying "what sort of vacuum cleaners do you sell? - we sell Hoovers."
They are that famous...but at the same time, if nobody sells that brand of liquid any more, you have to wonder. If it's real Ruyan, it'll be fine.

Sorry to put you on the spot Djs but do you think its OK?
It is on sale on at least 2 sites I found,in those exact boxes and the guy in the shop seemed honest,no dodgyness when I asked him about it.They have stacks of it and are opening another shop in a town about 15 miles away.

By the way I also asked him if the evods were genuine ( I suspected they were),and to cut a long story short...they are. (and he seems a genuine good guy,helpful and no wierdness about him)

And on a slightly different note,I did this last night ...it was vile almost beyond description.
The apple was drowned out completly leaving a synthetic sweetener stinkie-ness coupled with an awful arctic blast super heated with 4 VDC through 1.8ohms.

Yes,no rollies.
I was at wife friends house today droping off her CE4 starter kit and some Gold and Silver-her L and B fags were stinkie.

Then I went to my brothers house and dropped off his black CE4 starter kit and some Liberty Flights apple-his full fat Marlboros were acute-ly stinkie.

Then me mate Dave went and got his Evods after seeing mine..

I am not forcing this on my friends...they are asking us to get them started on vaping.Wow.

Everywhere I look,vaping is starting..at my work,at my wifes work

So yes,for me ,no rollies.They are I think the stinkiest of the stinkie.I will get off my soapbox now..

I think it's OK...

But, my deep suspicion is basically it's lorry loads of old e-liquid. Nobody "up-to-date" sells Ruyan anymore. It's either been beaten out of existence by better makes, exists by another name, or is simply from 2009 or something.

Other than that, I don't know. I would not buy more and probably sideline it for spare.
