Hi everyone I will be a newbie tomorrow after 23 yrs of smoking and trying all different aids thought I would try this as really want to stop! I have got the Ce5 and menthol flavour to start with Reading some of these posts is very encouraging Glo  Glo...you are about to make one of the best decisions you can..keep us informed on your progress.
