I've been off the stinkies for just a few days, replaced it with heavy vaping...my breathing is better, I feel a lot more active & energetic. I no longer stink & feel conscious about it around new people/extended family members. I can sit vaping for ages and my family are happy for me to do so because I'm off the ciggies the range of flavours is absolutely mindblowing & I've found two juices that are so moreish I can't put them down!! (caramel & cinammon from simplyeliquid) if I want harshness I have 18mg juices and if I want to chill vape I just stick with 5mg nice and tasty but with a little kick We need to raise awareness & show this method to smokers, we could save life's to be honest. One more thing, excuse my language here but **** CANCER!

VaperBenUK - you wait til you get to 11 months!! You're right of course, the differences you have noticed already are the same ones we have all made to our lives now, but we need to get this message out to even more smokers - they too could change their lives forever, thanks to vaping. I think one of our greatest challenges as vapers is to encourage more smokers to change from tobacco to vaping, and to get the message out to the great British public. I have a friend who has been smoking as long as I have known him (about 5 years). I saw him about 10 days ago, and he was constantly coughing with a chest infection. I joked with him that we ought to get him some vaping gear, and I heard yesterday that he had visited a (new) vaping store close to us and has bought a basic kit to get him started. I'll let you and the rest of the forum know how he's getting on, but I have at no time tried strong-arm tactics with him, just talked about how much better I feel and how much better my bank balance seems. He has made the decision to switch by himself, and admitted that if he hadn't seen me vaping he wouldn't have thought about taking it up. We need to get out there and vape in public with pride, and if people ask, simply state the facts. If they want to give it a go, send 'em over here to the forum and let them have the information they require to start. So pleased for you that it's going so well, and that you've already found a juice that you like!

You're absolutely right my friend that's fantastic to hear fingers crossed he enjoys it vaping seems a great conversation piece too! Recommending gear & juices My nan actually switched to vaping back in February, she's been using those cig-a-like things but me & my sister are getting her a starters kit for her birthday, were unsure what to get her, something not too pricey and entry level. What's your favourite juice then? Anything you can vouch for to me?
Take care

I make my own juice now VaperBenUK, and I just don't need to buy premade juice any more. I have a sweet tooth, so I like things like Vanilla Custard, Gingerbread and Caramel, and a new favourite, Coconut Ice, with a dash of menthol to pep things up a bit. When I was buying shop juice, I liked the Alchemist's Cupboard juices, and also the Vermillion River range from Liberty Flights.

Also do the same and gives me the freedom to do and adjust any flavor i want to my liking, plus the buzz out of vaping your home made juices is amazing.....And to top it all of it's better on the wallet

There is something very special about the first good puff of a new recipe, crafted and mixed yourself, having waited a couple of weeks for it to steep, and the satisfaction when it comes together and works well - fantastic fun too, and as Super-Shiny says, far cheaper. Instead of paying about £5 on average for 10ml of juice, you can make a good juice using quality ingredients for less than £1/10ml - work out the savings over a few months, and you can see it's a no-brainer!

I seriously have to get over my fear of mixing my own and give it a go. But even the basic explanations flummox me. I will try harder!! Totally agree that the message needs spreading how good these new e-cigs are. It annoys me that the only thing available in local shops and supermarkets are those stupid "look-a-like" things that are expensive and rubbish. Using the paradise vape £7 blister packs, I've converted my OH (now moved on to bigger and shinier kit LOL) and now SIX colleagues (plus two of their OH's) PLUS two facebook friends. That's 11 converts! If every vaper converts 11 smokers to the vape, I highly doubt there will be any smokers left

Awesome to hear you all talk about homemade juice I'm going to give it ago this week with just some Vegetable Glycerine & some flavourings from the shop\supermarket...obviously It will be nicotine free but definitely worth a try
