oh, one thing Debbie. Apologies if I'm already saying something someone else has said, but when I got a pyrex mini Davide and put it on a vamo, the flavour of the King Albert liquorice was SO much nicer and stronger than when the same liquid was in a normal CE5 clearo.

Well done you for hanging on in there Debbie!! I'm looking forward to hearing how you get on with mixing your own. I'm in a similar position with flavours .. not many are strong enough. I practically live on JooseJuice menthol (VERY strong!!) and LT e-cigs King Albert liquorice, which is devine. I am still searching for a proper fruity flavour that hits the spot (Vaping Kings' jester juice is pretty close though - "refreshers" type flavour that is pretty good).

still waiting for my little e-cig pens from Fasttech. Ordered on 6th September... Too cheap to even have a tracking number (about £3.50 each I think) My last order was here in 3 weeks ! (Not meaning to gloat mind  ) Grrrrrrr!! They're not urgent (who'd order ANYTHING urgent from Fasttech??!) BUT 70% of my day is spent stealth-vaping either at work or on the train so I'm always on the lookout for something new and small. Haven't found anything yet that beats my SD keyrings, but I'd love to find something really "mini" that I can put juice in and not rely on cartos. One day they will arrive, I'm sure..... |

Hi everyone!
So, 4 months ago me and hubby were starting out vaping with ego batteries and evods/CE5s. I haven't really moved on (except I now have a vamo and mini Davide for home use) but hubby is now into mods and re-wicking, which I don't have a CLUE about!! For Christmas I want to make him a stocking full of re-wicking stuff. Lots of little things. So, is there a good kit out there I could get, and wrap everything separately? Are there any must-have extras that he'd find really useful (maybe tweezers and nail clippers??!) I'm asking early 'cos if there is some great stuff I could get from Fasttech I'll need to order it soon, so I get it in time LOL. So any suggestions very gratefully accepted, thanks.

I was talking to a colleague yesterday who said that her train company have now officially banned e-cigs to the same extent as normal cigs. I thought I'd check my own train line's official policy and found this. It was a very welcome sight! "It’s not permitted to smoke a lit cigarette on our network, including our trains, ticket halls and platforms.
However, customers who wish to use an electronic cigarette, which is neither lit nor discharges actual smoke, are welcome to do so.
These e-cigarettes can look like ‘real’ cigarettes so it’s expected that customers using them may need to explain this to other passengers or staff members if questioned."Have you got a link to the policy? yes -it's in the FAQ's here: link |

yeah, the larger mods would probably bring unwanted attention..... mainly from the good'ol'rozzers. I was asked once If I was smoking  by the police who then insisted on dismantling it and proving it was just ejuice and not said substance. hehe my reaction was, I would be a darn sight more merrier if it was said substance lol. They laughed and we parted separate ways. Hahahahahahaha! The only one of my smoking mates who has no interest in switching to the vape is the one who can't stick his weed stash in it  |

Be careful though - I believe they're not allowed in the stations. Can anyone confirm that? Also if anyone's heard anything about Tube stations (I have a crafty puff at the end of my station of a morning, but it's an open air one). This article from the Standard in August suggests they have yet to make a decision on e-cigs on the tube... link |

I use my e-cig on the platform and on the train. However, I do use a little SD keyring during the day, which emits very little vape. I don't want to cause anyone any discomfort or worry and until I see someone else in my carriage also using an e-cig I will be discreet. BUT I have printed a copy of the policy out and keep it in my bag. If anyone actually did confront me about it I will very politely point out that I'm doing nothing wrong and certainly nothing that could cause them any harm. I can just imagine their faces if I was there with my vamo, puffing away like Thomas the Tank Engine  |

totally agree with every word jakethevape. I'm just stunned that the public actually believe the reasons they are giving. I do get people looking sceptically at me vaping and have been asked "are you sure it's really safe??" Compared to what - juggling hand-grenades which is what smoking is?! Do they walk up to smokers and ask them the same question?!
