Suggestion - Journals/Blogs

Just wondering if it would be possible for a side board for people like myself who enjoy blogging? For us to blog about our giving up the stinkies.

Possibly only available to members though? Not sure people would want randoms reading up, Idk

Yes i like this idea. Blogging is the in thing as well so a lot more peeps may read that if they dont like forums.

Perhaps as a sub board off the lounge, or members only. Not a bad idea though.

I had the thought while I was writing a blog post this morning lol.
I've seen a couple of threads that are blog like, and thought that it would be a good idea for a sub board, where people could write their own vape related blog if they felt the urge!


Glad others like the idea and it's not just me

Could we have it up the top next to the bookmarks and messages tab, easy to see, easy to find and there is space there?

I can easily set up a Blogs board or sub-board & also easily add a tab linking to the board in the menu

Let me know exactly what you would all prefer & where you would like the board to be

I think a sub board. I like the idea of a tab. I think bet off in members only as people may add life stuff that they don't want guests to read

Chrissie is there any way we can still habe the tab at the top next to messages but only members can enter?

Yes there is Rosco - in fact I can add a tab & set it so the tab can only be seen by members.

if posters/bloggers are to post any personal info may be set a entry level of posts before you can gain access to the blog area, say 100 posts on the main board. Or admin/mod activate members to the blog area so the bloggers don't get trolled.

Yeah, but does that mean people would spam other parts of the board to get to required number of posts?

I agree getting mod/admin activation, but then that wouldn't necessarily stop trolling I don't think

ETA: Also if only members can see it anyway, would it be necessary? As Chrissie said, she can add it so that only members can see it
