Hi every one ????started ecigs a week ago and I'm hooked!! Gone from 20 Rollies a day to none!! Got a c4 cleromiser and hill smoke 2.4% liquid , only prob is I can't put it down!!! Think I've increased my nicotine intake by double ????!! To the point I can hardly taste it by nighttime!! Hopefully the novelty will wear off and I will be a more sensible user!! But loving not being a stinky !!

I too sometimes feel that I am vaping constantly and I 'm also on 24mg.
I tend to vape tobacco flavour during the day but switch to a fruit type flavour for the evening and then to a menthol/mint flavour last thing at night.
That way I don't get bored with the flavours.
Of late I have started to cut down the strength by just 2mg, but whether this is successful or not, remains to be seen.
