Or you can resist ... repeat this mantra ... I already have a purple spinner, I already have a purple spinner .... I don't need a rainbow one, I don't need a rainbow one ....WHY didn't they have rainbow ones when I got mine? ? ? I already have enough batteries, I already have more than enough batteries ...

Logic dictates that the colour of a battery does not increase it's effectiveness ..... so WHY do they make them in so many pretty colours?

To get us to part with our dosh, dragon! But, we do NEED backups, so they just as well be different & lovely colours, especially if we're not into shinys.

I have my two original ego batts, two spinners, two patterned crystal bottomed batts & one twist. So, I'm just making sure my collection is in two's, neat & even. Well, it was good enough for The Ark!!

 but I only have ONE of most things (well at least 3 of every colour of iClear16, but that doesn't count, what if one breaks, and then .... the spare breaks before I can get a new one ... The horror is just too much to contemplate ....And over 30 drip tips ....what if they suddenly stop making drip tips, or the next one I order has a swirl in just the right place to make it perfect, and irreplaceable?) Ok ok, this is about batteries ... truth is I have FAR too many, so thank the sparkling god of shinys that I only have 1 of most things Though I do have 2 of my original batteries (BLACK! WHY would anyone buy black?) And 2 purple evod batteries, but that's ok, because I like them AND they are purple...

The Twist is approx the same size & length as a Riva battery & the Spinner is not quite as long but fatter, the Spinner has east to read markings on the tip where as the Twist markings can hardly be seen, but once you know your own setting for the sweet spot it would not need moving about.

dinamic22 Fasttech are doing an ego-c twist clone that they describe as 1100mAh but reviewers reckon is about 900mAh for £8.33  www.fasttech.com/products/0/10004043/1408802-ego-c-twist-1100mah-variable-voltage-rechargeable but while I don't mind clones of tanks etc I like to be sure about batteries. Yet you are saying that the twist clone that you have is as good as the original. Here I was set on getting an original but now I am in two minds - might go for the Fasttech clone after all!

Super-Shiny  , @jess and dragon I was about to press the buy button when I realised that the 1300mAh Twist is not a genuine joyetech battery. The description reads ' very similar to the joyetech ego-c twist'. The largest genuine joytech that they sell is the 1000mAh version at £22.99 whereas the genuine vision spinner is 1300mAh at £22.49.

Karma I don't know - the whole point of going for the genuine article is that it is the genuine article a clone is still a clone no matter whether £20 here or £8 at Fastech.
