I think I may try one of the Fasttech clones. I don't have a green battery

and they have yet more lovely drip tips and more tips for CE4s etc, and I have NO vapemail to look forward to

@freefromsmoking i am pretty sure Sadie only gets genuine items, she is quite strict when it comes to things like that.

I have four twists from sadie (not the new type) and they have been spot on since day one, plus if something does go wrong it won't take long to replace as you are buying from the UK.

Super-Shiny I am only going by what it says in the description of the 1300mAh one that you recommend - 'made by a leading ecigarette manufacturer ............................ very similar to the joyetech ego-c twist'. I don't doubt that it is a good battery but I would be happier with the genuine ego-c twist (1000mAh) that they sell or better still the genuine Vision Spinner (1300mAh) at 50p less. I think I have made up my mind to go for the spinner but thanks for all your advice - very much appreciated as usual.

Super-Shiny  , @jess and dragon I was about to press the buy button when I realised that the 1300mAh Twist is not a genuine joyetech battery. The description reads ' very similar to the joyetech ego-c twist'. The largest genuine joytech that they sell is the 1000mAh version at £22.99 whereas the genuine vision spinner is 1300mAh at £22.49.

Hi We try and source good quality ego batteries from trusted suppliers and the ego-c Twist batteries we have on our website have the CE Certification , We are happy with there performance and they come with a 180 day manufacturers warranty, they have the same 3 kinds of protection the same as the genuine joyetech twist. We dont state they are joyetech branded because they havnt come from joyetech, but have proved to be a very good contender to the most popular vv batteries but at a cheaper price.
here are the 3 kinds of protection the ego - c twist has
1. Short Circuit Protection: When short circuit happens, the battery will shut down. The battery won't go back to work until short circuit ends.
2. Atomizer Protection: If you press the button for 10 seconds, the battery will be locked until the next press.
3. Low Voltage Protection: When the battery voltage is lower than 3.3v, the battery will shut down.
The eGo-C Twist battery's button have a 5-click On/Off lock the same as Joyetech eGo-C Twist battery. Please press the button 5 clicks within 2 seconds and activate the battery

This protection is quite rare to find in variable voltage batteries, and gives the customer some piece of mind.

No probs @sadie22. As I said to Super-Shiny I don't doubt that these are great batteries and that you will provide your usual excellent backup, it is just me being slightly paranoid about 'genuine'. Not to worry, I have decided to go for the 1300mAh Vision Spinner and I will place the order in the morning (when my pension hits the bank account).

I like Di have a genuine Spinner and a FT twist close and honestly there is very little between them - the spinner has better voltage markings and a nice gnarling on the voltage control but other than that nothing between them in the way they vape. My twist is a very funky shade of blue where as the spinner is a plain (but smart) black...

Now the genuine article might last better than a clone - but you can nearly get 3 clones for the same price as a genuine twist/spinner - will the genuine one really last 3 times as long?

Don't get me wrong dreamylittledream I buy loads of clones from Fastech et al (RDAs, tanks etc) BUT when it comes to batteries I like to know that I have the genuine article from a vendor who offers more than a DOA replacement policy.
