OK, evods are OK, but looking for my next upgrade lol.
So looking at either a form of protank? Or possibly the Davide?
Do you use either? What do you think of it and why is it good?
I like the idea of the protank 2, purely because it's changeable
Help please
Thanks
Sent from somewhere. I'm probably procrastinating again!!!

I have a Davide (mega) and a Pro Tank mk1 along with 3 mini pro tanks. Of the three I'd say the Davide edges it - design wise its pretty much identical to the pro tank II - all the parts are replaceable and the drip tip can be changed (on the pro tank 1 the top of the tank is one fixed piece) but the vape is slightly less airy and it is less prone to gurgle when near empty which the pro tank can be a little guilty of.
For me though the main plus point is the draw from the Davide is a little tighter and less airy than the pro tank and the flavour a little stronger. Not masses in it but it gives a slightly nicer vape for me.
Not tried the mk2 yet though.
To be fair though either of them are great tanks and you can pick up a pro tank 1 much cheaper now then mk 2 is out.

+1 for me too on the Davide mini i have protank mini & evods too but the Davide is slightly better as you can use your own drip tips on them.

I have a mini davide, It's a nice bit of kit. I find the flavour is less than in my usual iClear16s but I find that with evods too, which apparently makes me weird The davide gives a TON of vapour which is fun. The mini protank 2 looks cute in pictures and I guess I will probably try one at some point

I agree with dragon the davide kicks out stacks of vapour. Personally the airy vape is not for me and cc is feeling the same but that is because we have spent so much time on novas and v3's which have quite a tight draw. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2

I can't comment on the Davide as I have not tried it but I do own 3 Protank 2 and they are IMO fantastic, easy to use, clean, replace heads and drip tip. I would like to try the Davide guys were is the best place to get them from please? I have found the airflow controller to be an absolute godsend to tighten up the draw and it also protects threads on mods and for a few quid well worth it. linkhttp://www.krakenecigs.com/510-airflow-controllerHope I have done this link properly

I got mine from Daz at Safer Cigs Gemma . . . the heads from the Evod/Protank are compatible with it as well, which is a bonus. www.safercigs.co.uk/ANYVAPE_DAVIDE/cat705284_2046802.aspx

I got a Davide yesterday and used it with the cone that came with it and find it very airy with big vapour clouds from a small draw, I also tried it with another cone I have and it was slightly less airy but still has a big vapour cloud. But have found I actually like it, Will never be good for stealth haha with these clouds you will be seen from miles away, The flavour has been good too! I havent tried a protank so cannot comment was thinking about buying one to try. But will wait a while first.

Ive got the mini davide and though it vapes ok filling it is a PITA. The bottom is in two parts and it is very difficult to unscrew the filling cap on its own without the base and stem screwing out too dumping whatever juice is in there all over the place. I had to use two pairs of pliers to undo it last time I filled it.

Pam O if you ain't already got one get yourself: 1 x Syringe 1 x 18 Gauge and all filling for all your gear will be dead easy from then on. It's all i use now, takes 5 secs to clean when finished with it

I am not a fan of BC tanks. I prefer a warmer and tighter draw and the iClear 30 provides both. I have 4 of these and have never had a moments trouble from leaking/dry hits etc. The only problem is that it drinks juice being a dual coil but that is why it produces such a great vape! Also, being dual coil, the heads are (at least for me) not able to be recoiled but replacements are available cheaply from Health Cabin.
