Cold Hands

I've noticed that I have really cold hands for hours at a time.
I vape most of the afternnon and evening, and the cold hands occur late in the day too.
Perhaps the nicotine is responsible for cold hands, though I am not certain. I use 18mg juice.
Anyone else experienced this effect?

I have this, it's horrid

A friend has it as she would agree.

I get very similar symptons, except my fingers don't go white. Carpel Tunnel damage, left it too long before going to the doctors and getting treatment.

Worth a word with the Doc jonoclouds certain medications can make Renauds worse

Are you on any medication for high blood pressure as side effects from these can make hands & feet cold.

Zeldamum asked if it's like Raynaud's, and yes, it is just like that (my ex had it, and it can be very bad) but I don't think I have it.
Karma and Dinamic - I am on some meds which can cause cold hands and feet, but the official line is that it rarely occurs. That does not mean that it won't happen to me, though! I have been on them for a long time, and only been vaping since March. It could be that I didn't notice it until the nicotine made it worse.
This afternoon I mixed some nic-free juice but it is not very nice to vape. It's mostly VG as all my PG is 38mg nic stuff.
The juice is not so bad that I can't put up with it for the rest of the day, and I'll see whether my fingers are dead this evening.
Fingers crossed. Ha ha ha.

Thanks for asking!
Well, I thought they were a bit warmer. But then this morning they were cold again before I had my first vape.
So I think it is probably my meds that are doing it but I was blaming vaping.
I'll stick to nic-free again this evening and see how it goes again. It's less enjoyable than my usual 18mg, but better than nothing.
To be honest, I really hope it is not vaping that does it, as I have been enjoying the hobby immensely since I started in March.
Since then, I have only smoked real tobacco twice, and I rarely feel the urge to smoke now.
