Foclecig a quick inquiry, made a purchase from your site on 29th September, no parcel as yet, is this a normal waiting period ?

Noticed also eliquids disappeared from site ( this was my purchase ) hope there isnt problems with focalcig, as i see others are waiting on kit !!!!

Made a purchase on the 22nd September which was posted on the 23rd. Still haven't received my item almost 4 and a half weeks later, really disappointed in the service. Think I'll stick to UK and EU vendors from now on as this is ridiculous.

Another News about why we hide the e-liquid, batteries
These days, we got some packages from the customs which they returned to us. This was caused because of batteries and liquid thing.
We have to stop selling them in case of getting return package from the customs.

Since this was our first group buy event, the demand was larger than our reserved quantity, so we had to reordered from our supplier.
We feel very sorry about that. It is also the busy season of Chinese foreign trade, there is backlog in the customs, they need to check every package...

Shipping from china seems to have hit a problem recently, i still have 4 deliveries due from fasttech 46 days after ordered!!

So this delay has hit china pretty hard, i received one of my deliveries from focalecig BEFORE my fasttech ones and they were ordered after so i cannot complain. The weeks holiday in china has created backlog, Customs also cracking down at the airport has created more of a backlog so people, remember this, we cant really blame anyone, we need to be patient and orders will get here eventually.

At the prices we pay compared to what we have to pay in the uk i am prepared to wait

I'm currently at 34 days with my last FastTech. This situation, however, is like the one I had with Fairy Gift - there's a massive delay before it even gets into the hands of the delivery company.

What was said by doris on teh 27th was
"Some Group Buy orders will be shipped before the long holiday in China( October 1 to 7)"
No mention of if you got in early or anything like that...just said some. Later on we were told they were shipping all after the holidays, doris kept us all informed what was going on.

"If you ordered on the 26th then the latest at that point in time was "Orders will be dispatched after the event ends.(October 7th)".

So it seems you are being a little unfair in your comments.

As I said, I didn't necessarily expect mine to be in this batch, but she definitely said this before I ordered and then said, much later, that none had been shipped.

Orders which placed earlier would be processed earlier, and it is processed by the system.

All due respect but I can only go by what you said which was "Wow, I paid on 26th September because you explicitly said you were going to ship to those who got in early before the holiday." On the 26th of September the only information we had was the group buy would be dispatched after the 7th. It was not until after you ordered we were told SOME would be shipped before the holidays.
I must be making 2+2 =5 so apologies if I am.

Foclecig , what is your view on shipping of batteries and eliquid? Is this something which you are likely to find a away around by using surface mail or whatever at a low cost. It seems some of the shipping companies will accept but charge a fortune which is fine for large trade orders but not us little guys. Are Focalecig/wallbuys looking into alternatives?

It has been shipped by Singapore Post, that would be slower. Since it is the busy season of foreign trade, and issue on customs, shipping speed is much slower.
Please wait it patiently.
I'll also contact our warehouse to reach the logistic company to see if this package goes well once i back at office tomorrow.
Don't worry about it, we will take responsibility once it has been verified "LOST", but next time, you'd better add a tracking number on it. "

I think we just need to be patient.
