Hello and welcome, katyw I started with the Riva kit from VapeEscape. It's a good, solid kit with everything you need to get started and the service is always very good from VE. The other suggestions are also very good too. Ooh. Posted that and suddenly there were a whole bunch of other posts! Haha! Thank you to you all - all advice is greatly appreciated - as is the warm welcome! I'm weaning back off the real cigs with the e-lites while I'm looking at decent kits - and waiting for payday to roll around next week so I can buy everything I need in one fell swoop! So yes, I think VapeEscape may be the way to go for me! If you wish to get an extra clearo or two these are very popular: www.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Clearomisers/Innokin-CE5-IClear16.htmlwww.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Clearomisers/EVOD-BC-Clearomiser.htmlAdd some sampler bottles of Grizwald's juice and you are good to go!

The sky cig is ok to see if E cigs are for you , but all the kits mentioned above are 100s times better & you will get so much more satisfaction out of them

Hi Katy & good to hear you re having another go with the vaping, i started out with a v2 cigalike which didn't really work for me, then i found this forum & with the advice of the good peeps on here i got the riva kit from Ukecigcabin that you have been linked to above & have not wanted to smoke since. When starting out again don't go for huge quantities of liquids as your tastes change that quick that you could end up wasting your money, heres a link www.joosejuice.co.uk where they do 10ml tasters for £1.49 & they are quite nice. Good luck Good point about flavours. That couple of month mark where I lost my tastebuds for a week and they came back completely changed was a pig after I had bought 150ml of juice I no longer liked

Greetings all! My partner and I first started using SkyCigs about 2 years ago - but the flavours were limited and harsh - and I could never seem to manage to refill them myself! So it was costing a considerable sum. Then we went through a phase of getting very bad cartomizers from them - they either cut out after a few puffs, didn't fit correctly into their batteries, or simply didn't work. Their customer service was quite frankly a joke and eventually we ended up back on the stinkies as the whole thing had pretty much put us off vaping. However, we are desperate to get back to vaping. We have purchased e-lites from my local supermarket to tie us over until I find a decent-quality vaping vendor. What do you guys think to VapeEscape? A good place to start? Thanks in advance! Katy It's just bad, isn't it. Skycigs are by no means the worst e-cig, but even they suffer from 1) bad battery life 2) inconsistent cartomisers and 3) too much expense compared with filling your own cartomiser or clearomiser. I hate them. and if they aren't poor enough, along comes E-Lites, which are a tragic joke. Tragic in the dictionary sense of causing distress. The batteries are one of the worst (E-Lites make all these claims about the "great" G9 battery....it's a battery, it costs £1 and it's shit). Some of the supposed 300 puff cartomisers (it used to be "40 cigarettes") are dead in under 100 puffs...and then, to top it all off E-Lites are twice as expensive as Skycig, Nicolite etc and 3 times more costly than JacVapour. A pack a day smoker would need to spend over £3,000 a year to get enough nicotine from them. They disputed this argument with me (indirectly), and then I was forced to remove reviews on various websites. - - - VapeEscape are one of the top Vendors in the UK. They were around back in the days when vendors could be counted on two hands before the hoards of people jumped on the bandwagon. The chap who runs it is a genuine good guy. They sell excellent products. The delivery times are outstanding and I can think of no other company I would recommend more. There are some I would recommend almost as much, of course.
