Ordered some batteries from a vendor on 21st Aug. One of the batteries has always been temperamental, but now does not work at all. The other, if I screw an evod on tight enough, it activates the button and starts heating.
I have contacted the vendor, but so far have had no reply. How long would you give the vendor to respond before a complaint?

imogensmummy I would bang of another email and if no response within a week raise a Paypal dispute (assuming ofc that you paid via paypal) You have up to 45 days after the original transaction to do this with Paypal protection.

Most vendors give at least 3 months warranty on ego batteries, some 6 months. Would it be worth ringing them instead? Sent from my Galaxy Note 2

I do that too... not just the bad emails (not that I can ever remember sending any) but on any email or vape related order, I usually find somewhere to put a few words followed by "kind regards, Nick aka Chillervapes ( aaec )"

OK, so you ordered on 21st August. It (they) arrived and are dodgy? When did you send the first email with a complaint/comment about the product? - - - I ask this, as there are the odd vendor out there that ignores emails and then claims they were sent to spam. Given that emails are instant, more or less, I'd say 3 working days on your part is generous enough. Send another and then name and shame on here 3 days after that....works for me
