ginge7289 I'm also waiting on the same thing from fasttech and thanks to the guys advice can't wait to start tinkering! I've ordered some 2mm silica and some .2 kanthal give that a go! What coiling method have you decided to try?

I haven't yet g3mma lol, I think ill start with just a single coil with 3mm silica and see how I get on. I would rather keep the resistance up at around 1.5ohms

It was only my second dual coil mind peeps. Only been doing single coils so far really. Even with a single coil. 3mm silica doubled over with 4 wraps of .2 kanthal was chucking out around the 1.5ohm mark. Plumes of vapour and the taste was amazing! Sent from my Galaxy Note 2

My only piece of advice would be on a single coil is to make sure you have enough wick to stick round the bottom to soak up any juice in the little well and have a bit sticking up as well to catch the juice you drip in. Works a treat. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2

It's a shame that Phil's IGO-L had such a loose top cap otherwise he would have rated it really highly. Conversely, mine is really tight and I have to mount it on an old eGo battery to exert enough grip on the cap to get it off!! A halfway house would have been ideal

A halfway house would have been ideal All he needed to do was to change the O ring and it would have been sorted Andy . . . I use an old Ego battery to get the top off mine as well. But I don't mind as I'd rather have a tight fit.
* Fiddles edit. *

Perpetua - I did rather wonder if he had the sense to try a new O-ring before he slated it so comprehensively!! It would seem to be the obvious first stage to me, but . . .
