Best materials for IGO-W or IGO-L

Whats the best material and wire for rewicking an IGO-W or IGO-L?

I use 2mm Ekowool and 0.2 Kanthal Tj.

I currently use 2mm silica and 0.2 kanthal but have ordered 2mm ecowool to try as I have heard that this does not unravel as easily as silica.

In my IGO-L I use 3mm silica and .2 Kanthal - works a treat!

Thanks guys I ordered some bits from a site Romelee recommended got 2 and 3mm ekowool, 2 and 3mm silica and kanthal. Just looking for cheapest place to buy an igo w and rsst as my starter rebuildables

in my Igo-L i have 2mm silica doubled over and 4 wraps of .30 kanthal. It's a Fasttech one. I drilled the air hole out to 1.6mm and the draw is much better now than stock.
