'Free' GGTS Centre pin o rings

Go buy yourself a pack of disposable lighters. Using whatever means you like empty the gas out, safety first remember! Carefully break open the lighter and liberate the little o ring inside. If it's the same sort of lighter as this the o ring should be the exact size to use in the GGTS.



Stole the idea from a video on Youtube about making a model bike out of lighter parts.

Nice one, Lee, well spotted. I do NOT have a GGTS but DO have quite a plentiful supply of these lighters. We used to get given them as freebies when we went over to Belgium in years gone by buying ciggies & baccy in vast amounts.

If any GGTS owners find themselves needing some of these but don't have any handy, drop me a PM, happy to send a couple to you (intact - you'll have to do the dismantling yourself). Will take me the rest of my life to use them all up lighting the occasional bonfire with 'em!

Lol lee i made one of them motor bikes out of them lighters lol.Was a fiddly job but i done it if i can find the pics ill post them.

Tetsab I'm constantly looking around for anything I can relate to e cigs. I have drawers full of stuff that 'might' be useful when I get round to taking all the bits apart.

Roachie I saw the little model bikes, might do one for my son if I get some more lighters.
