That expression throws me back. To bum a cigarette in England meant to cadge one. In Wales it meant to smoke it in such a way as to get the end wet - it was not considered polite To me, it's always been to cadge a cig, is to bum one. If you had a wet butt though, it was bumsucked!!! Cue gawd knows what comments now......

Bumsucked, that was it.
Used in another context it meant something else altogether.
Although both were shameful acts when I was at school, perhaps one slightly more than the other.

Bum sucking aside.
Have just cleaned the clearo thing and put a new head on.
On the page on the ecig store which sells them, it talks about washing the head and wicks.
Is there any point doing that - I thought the burnt taste meant that the head was knackered?
When you soak the tank bit and sucky bit (was also embarassed about buying false teeth tables - perhaps I just have a low embarassment threshold) do you soak the metal bit that goes in the middle?
I won't even begin to think about recoiling which you clever people seem to do - wiring a plug that's about the best I can do!
While I'm on there is a meeting in Bradford next week which I am thinking of going to - why do I feel nervous about it? Bit like going to AA lol.
And, for those that are interested, haven't managed to stop the proper cigs yet, thought I was going to do it Thursday last week, was in Manchester with work and as soon as I had finished work, I was driven, yes driven, (mentally) to go to the nearest shop and buy some cigs. Bizarre cos the vaping took the edge off the craving - never mind, going to have another go tomorrow (as, obviously, you can't stop smoking on a weekend, I think there is a law about that somewhere, just can't put my finger on it at the moment )
