For a 2.5ohm coil (or there abouts) For a lower resistance make the thin (resistance wire) slightly shorter. The less coils the lower the resistance. Cut the thin wire 1 piece at 5cm Cut the thick wire 2 pieces at 10cm Take the thin wire and one piece of the thick wire and hold them so that the ends of the pieces are together. Take you finger nail to approximately 1cm along then hold them, twist the two 1cm pieces together quite tightly making sure that they are wrapped around each other. When you gently part the pieces you're holding onto you will have a piece that is twisted sticking up. Bend this twisted piece against the long thicker wire and wrap the thick wire around it to form a nice flat bulged piece along your thread. You will have a small loop where you've bent the twisted piece over Just flatten this out with your finger nails as much as you can and you should then end up with a single piece of wire that looks something like this now do the same with the other end. You'll end up with one single wire that looks something like this. There you've made your resistance Next I'll try and show how to make the coil.

I made a quick video for Perpy to show how to assemble the iAtty, thought I'd add it here too for anyone who needs it.

It comes in cotton as well, but I suppose the same will apply there Dee . . . it's deffo juice coming from the connector end so I'll have to play with the o rings again, still not to worry - a massive step forward for me! And if I can do it, then truly anyone can. LOL By suggesting cotton wick you were well ahead of your time there Perpetua ... The discussion was about this new fangled silica wick being burnt by the heat of the coil and you firstly suggested using thin polyester cord and then cotton
