Reading the fasttech reviews Perps their IGO-W has the same problems as their IGO-L .... only one air hole and no holes in the posts ... the genuine igo-w has 2 air holes and holes in the posts and this is what I am looking for. Ukecig Store has it at £11.99 with free postage but I have also been looking at the Triumvirate rda with the adjustable airflow ring that Grey Haze is getting in soon has got on sale for £19.99... decisions, decisions ... and don't you dare suggest getting both!

Ah is that so Freefrom . . . I hadn't realised, got mine from Vaping Things if I remember correctly. www.vapingthings.com/IGO-W_-_SS_REBUILDABLE_DRIPPING_ATOMISER/p1311952_9840870.aspx Tell you what though, buy both.

Sorry for hijacking, looking for a drip tank myself, does anyone do one with pre made wicks and coils available? Fasttech do a vast range of them all prewicked. The IGO-l and IGO-W are probably the best value. they also do packs of 3 and 10 premade wicks and coils

Sorry for hijacking, looking for a drip tank myself, does anyone do one with pre made wicks and coils available? It is really simple mate, you are paying from someone to wrap some wire around some silica for you, the rest is all down to you. You may as well buy some silica and wire and give it a go. @freefromsmoking I think the link you posted is the cheapest you will get it for, free postage makes a difference unless your putting a big order in but £11.99 is the best I can find. I kind of wish I had bought from the UK now as I have so many juices to try I am getting annoyed with the wait

But the FT only has the one air hole mate. I never even considered dual coiling it to begin with so I went ahead and ordered it (maybe in haste) but to get the best of dual coil I think you need two air holes. Sure you could drill one but then I think it will be to airy. Plus I ordered mine 10 days ago and it has only just told me its left china. Im seriously considering buying a high end dripper lol.

I have watched Todd's excellent video (thanks Ginge) and it has answered all my questions ..... 3 posts (yes), holes in posts (yes), 2 air holes (yes) and tight draw out of the box (yes). So I will be going for the genuine IGO-W but where is the best deal? Master shoppers Super-Shiny or Perpetua or ginge7289 ? I got mine from safercigs when it was on offer but this is a good price. AAEC for 10% discount You may well be right about voltage.. My igo-w dual coiled to 1.6 ohms wasn't as responsive as my igo-l with 1.6 single coil which is why it made sense to me.. Just remember that they don't come with a drip tip

Just a thought here. Keep going with your ft igo drippers and order a smok scar dripper instead. £9.99 from smokcloud or ukecigstore. Check out todds video on it. I should have one waiting for me when i get home today if not the igo's in the uk are all around the £10 mark so anywhere is good. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2

Just remember that they don't come with a drip tip Hi Dan thanks for the link to the IGO-W. As usual with me, while I was searching for the cheapest place for the IGO-L, something else has grabbed my attention and I am now considering this greyhaze.co.uk/collections/frontpage/products/triumvirate-rda-dual-coil-dripping-atomizer-w-adjustable-airflow as it has an adjustable air flow ring ... I do love a tight draw. About dual coil resistances, voltages etc ... Where you are perhaps getting confused is that although the voltage is the same across the two parallel coils, because the overall resistance is only 1/2 that of a single coil, the current drawn will be higher and hence the power (watts) will be need to be higher. For example: a single coil of 3 ohms will draw 1.5 amps at 4.5 volts at my sweet spot power setting of 6.75 watts. If I have a dual coil set up with the same 3 ohm coils, the overall resistance is 1.5 ohms, the current drawn at 4.5 volts is 3 amps (the same 1.5 amps through each of the 2 coils) and because the current is doubled the power will have to be 13.5 watts to supply both coils with their 1.5 amps. In practice this is too high a power setting and because you have the two coils producing vapour you can reduce the power to around 9 or 10 watts (and hence the voltage and amps) and still get a better vape than with the single coil. I know this is a bit long winded but what it boils down to in practice is that with a dual coil set up bump your power setting up to about one and a half times your normal single coil setting.
