So i got my iTaste V3.0 kit 2 days ago Very disappointed with the battery life and also the device gets very warm when vaping it.
So I just sent in a ticket for a return and refund.
I was just wondering if anyone here has done a return and refund with FT? I told them I didn't want a replacement and just wanted my account credited with the amount I paid for it.
If anyone did the same how long was it before you got credited for yours?
Thanks.

There's been a few who have VM . . . zeldamum I know for sure has. Don't recall any massive issues, but I'm sure she'll tell you her experience. Sorry to hear you've had problems with the Itaste.

Hi -V-. The Fasttech returns is pretty easy and effortless, but takes a while. You contact them to say there is a problem. Wait for them to reply. They phaf around for a day or so asking questions. They then ask you to weight the item and find out the cost of sending it back to them without packaging or signed for delivery. They then agree the cost of the return and issue you with a returns number and give you the return address. You package the item up and post it off to them, letting them know you have posted it. They then request a photo or scan of the postage receipt. When they have received it they then agree to pay the cost of the basic postage and refund it without hassle. When they receive the item they refund you, you can have the refund in 2 ways. 1 store credit which is valid for 2 years or just a straight forward refund. It took about 6 weeks from start to finish, but part of that delay was my fault in not uploading a photo of the receipt of postage. I am currently going the the process again with my SVD, which has a stuck fire button. Started a ticked 2 days ago and no reply as of yet, but I know there are alot of Chinese holidays at the moment. It pays to be patient with them and allow 3 weeks for your iTaste to reach them before bugging them.

Big thanks for that. Pu my ticket in already. Guess it's time to wait..lol..
I sent something back to HC last month, wasn't that expensive to send to them with a tracking number and it took 7 days to get to them. Maybe this would speed things up a little

You can pay for the tracking yourself. Fasttech wont however refund the cost of tracking.

I sent SVD back and it took 5-6 weeks to get a refund. Postage was refunded almost instantly I sent a scan of the receipt. I would recommend tracking in case there's any dispute. You may have to keep badgering them for the refund.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using proboards

They were quite quick to refund me the postage for the return package, but now they're quibbling about a 'discount' they say I had on the items. I can't seem to get through to them that the discount was small and of the three items I paid $20 for, two of them are dead and I'm owed $14. For some strange reason their systems seems to have listed one of the items as having been heavily discounted when I bought it - apparently only costing me pennies, which is a load of nonsense.
