Shame they are so cheap already if that had been a uk megastore people would have been trying to get it for that price under false advertising

My packet finally arrived today, ordered on 14th September..

I'd ordered two mini Protanks and 10 spare heads.

Great, except that they don't want to work.....
Heads all register 9.9 on my vamo in the 'protanks' that they accompanied. Obvious from even the packaging that they are 'not the real thing'!
Heads read a nice and normal 2.0/2.2 on the base of my kosher protank but then don't fit the tank...

Has anyone returned anything yet to focalecig?
Am I doing/not doing something really wrong?

Have you tried a ' genuine ' Protank head in those bases just out of interest . . . .

I'm not sure which are the genuine ones now...I think they are the slightly longer ones?
If that's the case then yes, they work fine...
Then again, I have some shorter 'clones' from fastech that work in the genuine Protank.

They (the new ones) also don't fit my Evods..

I just wonder if I am missing something obvious here.

Yes the central post is longer on the genuine Protank heads compared to the Evods . . . have you tried pulling the post down on the Focal heads as it sounds like they're not making contact if they work with the genuine PT base and vice versa.
