Mine had two bases one worked and one didn't on my going to the football ego seems ok so far though but I had to put a plynth on so looks a little unsightly

Great, except that they don't want to work.....
Heads all register 9.9 on my vamo in the 'protanks' that they accompanied. Obvious from even the packaging that they are 'not the real thing'!
Heads read a nice and normal 2.0/2.2 on the base of my kosher protank but then don't fit the tank...

Has anyone returned anything yet to focalecig?
Am I doing/not doing something really wrong?

I had the 9.9 error on my Vamo too. I lifted the centre post a tad and they work fine now

Thing is, the heads don't show that error on the Protank base..
I'll do a little more fiddling but may just see if I can pass them on to someone who has more nous than I do....

Hardly seems worth the effort of sending them back to China..

It is likely the height of the base on the clone is slightly higher than on the kanger protank base, or it does not screw onto the ego threads as far.

Yep that's my guess as well Brambles, that's why I suggested pulling the pin down on the clone heads a bit see if that's enough to get a contact made.

You could try it with a 510 to 510 adapter as well Lynda, see if it works with that  . . . .

Right day 34 and still no parcel is this normal as its my first parcel from them and everyone was telling me that FT was slow but got my parcels from them already and ordered after ? Not seen Doris for few days as well

I have had a response re one of my delayed orders - basically says my order went Singapore Post and they can be slow sometimes and with it spanning the holiday it could take a while. Not to worry though as if it gets conformed "lost" they do replace or refund. Just have to remain patient .
Might be worth it in future to always add a tracking number for all it costs, but then for small orders it is a big percentage. Think it is $1.50 or something like that.
In all the orders I have made from China over the last year I have never had one go missing yet and always turn up eventually.

...And darn, this BCC coil/wick I am vaping on tastes disgusting - going to have to change it and with a very full tank as well. I let it get too dry and burn a bit before refilling.
