Back in love again

After my week of using iclear16s because all my Evods were messing me about and a morning of using a iclear30 because I needed something with more capacity, I decided to clean my Evods and fill em up again.

I love them all over again, loads more vapour and flavour than you can get with a top coil and they don't taint like the long wicks.
Love them again till they stop working again

I think I'm a bottom coil boy (said the altar boy to the bishop) and I really don't want to ever have to go back to top coil again.

Protank time next week on payday I think

How do people find the protank, like a big Evod?

Are they an airy vape? (quite like an airy vape)
What's the difference between them and the Protank apart from quite a few £?

Reviews are very good on that BCC and I'm quite tempted by the Mega.

Actually the Evods don't always leak - sometimes they just stop firing for no reason.

For me:

Ain't had one leak from the mini and mega
Less airy than the protank, not by much, just a little
Better taste, very slightly
Better design imo
Can be stripped down more than the protank

On some of  my Evod heads, mostly those from Health Cabin I think, this is because the centre pin doesn't extend far down enough to make contact with the Evic. They do tend to work fine on a Spinner though. Could be worth a quick investigate?

Old design works better, think it is a tad bit longer, the new design cannot make a connection on some battery's.

I generally find it's my MVPs that cause problems.
I have to use a 510 adapter on the Evic so that's fine but it's a bit wobbly then.
This is the new bases with lots of Ego thread. The original ones I had needed the adapter to work because there wasn't enough thread.

I love my mini - was considering blocking a couple of holes to counter the airy draw but I quite like it now. GVC still gunks up the coil in no time at all but its easy to expose it for cleaning. Just don't over tighten them as their smooth finish makes them a bugger to unscrew. I had to jan a couple pin in the holes to turn it! Defo vapes better than the nova and looks great
