I got a reply from Provape... Hi Anne,
I’m sorry..Our shipping template is setup for $89.95 and I regret saying that I would adjust the value when someone else was processing the shipment because I was out sick.
We no longer do this because we can get fined by customs so I’m really sorry for the trouble.
Davidah well This is all well and good lilac but WHAT ABOUT THE PROVARI How are you getting on with it? Did you get yours linda? INFORMATION PEOPLE, PLEASE lol

Yep, mine is here, collected from the depot today. It's bigger than I expected and feels very solidly built.
Now I just have to play about with it a little.
So far, so good.
It's very tactile.
I don't think it's ever going to leave the house!

I couldn't be bothered with the messing about with importing the Provari, and was going to get a Darwin, but that was before Enjuice stepped in. So I've changed me mind, Provari ordered, Enjuice have me money

Buck,
The Enjuice price is very good. Are they offering to service warranty claims themselves or will they still have to be sent back to USA?

well, considering mine cost in total £148, for Provari, extended cap, shipping and charges...£157 for the satin, if you're getting it in a day or 2...isn't that bad? Yes Blakey, i'm still loving it..... it's not bigger, but certainly heavier than i expected, lol a curious thing i've noticed, is that when i drip, i usually had to blow in the driptip a bit, to get the juice to run down, but mostly with the provari, i haven't had to, it just runs right down.....defo another positive

Not sure how it's going to work regarding warranty with enjuice Lynda tbh. Whichever way it goes, I just feel more comfortable knowing they'll do something in the event of a fault, rather than me having the hassle of sending it back overseas. P'raps I'll accidentally on purpose smash mine and see what happens

That sounds like a really good plan... I think you should proceed with that for the benefit of those of us who did it the hard way.... Call it service to the community. When I picked mine up yesterday, I asked what would happen if I have to send it back for warranty repairs. He sighed and said that Customs and Excise don't take any notice of such things. He did say that I could provide customs with reams of paperwork and maybe get the money refunded, eventually.... Hopefully it won't be necessary. I wish you much joy with yours. It's a bit of a beauty. Lynda

Ooooo, a brace of Provari's Daz! I think you absolutely need a black one to complete the set. Delighted to hear that everyone is pleased with theirs, love mine . . . came across this discount code for Ledfire CPF8 although I haven't used it as yet. Did Aldo ever get his I wonder?

That's odd Lynda . . . I've just tested the code seperately with both a Pila charger and a single 18650 battery - worked on both occasions, although 8% dissie is a strange amount, but better than nothing.

perpie,
I'm probably being dense again...couldn't see where to enter the code....
Also tried it on Ledfire site that I googled, was able to enter the code but nothing happened...
It does help towards the cost of postage..

When you go to Ledfire's check out page, underneath the main body which shows your goodies ( Update Shopping Cart ) there's a box that says discount codes Lynda, pop the code in there, click apply - Bob's your Uncle dissie is taken off.
If I was any cop, I could do you a screenshot, but I'm blumming hopeless at that malarkey . . . perhaps someone more technical able might be able to, if my destructions don't make sense.
