Hi guys I brought a mega davide from safer cigs and the first half a tank full of juice was absolutely brilliant I was so happy! Then refilled it and getting juice up the centre pin and non stop gurgling it's unusable I have tried the other head and still nothing also have tightened everything up and checked the 2 mini orings and still nothing. I have emailed safercigs who said send it back so I replied asking were to send it and if they would refund the cost of posting it back and despite several emails from myself they are now not replying. Any suggestions peeps Thanks

How much did you fill it? Filling it too much puts air pressure into the tank and can force liquid out in places you don't want, bit like plumbing, water finds a way out.

Try this from here: allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/22461/evod-protank-tips-tricksCleaning when condensation has built up (this creates a little leakage and gurgling because it is very easy for it to seep through the wick due to it's thinness being mainly water). Condensation is more likely to happen when the Evod/Protank is not in use, it's better to get rid of it before you leave your Evod/Protank to rest: 1) Remove base and put to one side (I remove the base because it lets the air pressure out and speeds up process 2). 2) Put your Evod/Protank on a piece of tissue drip tip downwards and leave for 2mins. 3) Clean up the mess after the two minutes and roll a bit of tissue and pipe it through the drip tip as far as you can go to clean up any excess condensation. EDIT: And blow through the 510 connector to blow out any juice through the tube

When I get problems with the Evods I tend to dismantle them, wash them out and reassemble from scratch. It tends to sort out the niggles like gurgling. After I've cleared all the condensation that is

This was brand new and only had half a tanks worth out of it so shouldn't be that clogged up yet surely? I did the hole cleaning thing anyway but still no good. As the vendor is not replying there is not much I can do apart from not recommend safercigs and not use them again.

Ok always read the small print. I have to send it back recorded delivery at my expense (like I didn't pay enough already! ) and if they find it faulty they will refund my money less p&p so I will be ×2 p&p short (£5) and no tank. It's not my fault they sent me a faulty product. Are all vendors like this? Back on the old rollies rant over Mrs grumpy

I had exactly the same experience with Safercigs, g3mma. I returned a faulty mini Davide, they said they had fixed it and sent it back, however, it was still faulty and I sent it back a second time. I was £5 out of pocket and nothing to show for it, except aggravation. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Back on the old rollies rant over Mrs grumpy Its not likely to be gunked up it most likely has condensation in the air tube, leave it drip tip down on a tissue for a while to let it drain and see how it goes, have you got any other clearo you could use until you find an alternative to the davide?

I have an evod with a similar problem. It had a tank of juice play nicely and the second time I filled it, I got juice in my mouth really badly. I mean, I might as well have been using a straw. I changed the head to a brand new one with the same result. I checked all of the rubber bits and everything and it visually looks fine.
The only thing I think it might be is the centre tube has moved some how upwards so no matter how tight it all is, it will flood.
