I agree with that , for me it's definitely the action and vapour ! Can sit all night and happily never put it down hence using lower niic on an evening

I find that if I have not drunk enough water during the day, my head feels a bit 'cottonwooly'.
I now fill my 2 ltr bottle with water every morning and it is empty at bedtime, don't get that feeling anymore, just make loads of trips to the bathroom.

Yeah, I've noticed since starting my new job - when I promised to commit properly to vaping - that I have four or five glasses of water with lunch. A couple of trips to the bathroom during the afternoon are a small price as I take the opportunity for a couple of nice clouds, which I feel guilty doing in the office.
