Simple answer is ....Probable not, lots of FT clones tend to suffer from poor QC,
However if you want to try them out and are willing wait a while for them then go ahead.. You might get lucky.

I wouldn't say all ft clones are crap, I have bought ft evods which have been great. Read the ft forum reviews then decide

iLardyboy not all FT's products are clones ... all of thire Innokin products including their iClear 16's and 30's , svd, mvp etc are genuine products. A lot of their Kanger products are also genuine .. it will say "authentic" in the title or description if genuine. My advice when buying from FT is to read the reviews and discussions and then descide.

From that link in the OP i wouldn't say they were fake.
You can aways send in a ticket asking this to FT, i have never known them to lie about things like that
