Hi does anyone else seem to have problems with the Protank heads? I've got a dozen maybe and they're probably 6-8 weeks old and have been rewicked half a dozen times each I'd guess, lately when screwing them back onto the base, the central post isn't coming out far enough from the 510 connector to make connection on some of them, also occasionally the air hole completely blocks when screwed onto Mrs Poos Vamo. Doing my head in, any suggestions anyone?

maybe the center pin is pushed in too deep crushing the rubber insulator or the rubber insulator is malformed somewhere causing the airflow problems?

Or else the rubber seal is coming out of the connector which you need a finger nail or a pin to push it back in. It's only tiny (really tiny) but if it comes out it's really hard to make a connection

I had this issue with my old Protank, the centre pin was in too far and i used to get intermittent no connection issues, and it nearly drove me mad lol. I solved it by using a bit of a birthday card lol, i just poked a hole in a small piece of it, then when i recoiled the Protank, i inserted rubber bung, pushed the centre pin through the card and inserted it into the rubber bung. Then i used nail clippers to trim of excess card. This way the centre pin was just a little lower and always made connection with my Evic
