As you are a relatively light smoker, I think I'd go for the evod starter kit with 2 batteries. Even a light smoker needs 2 batteries so you have something to use while the other battery is being charged.

To help with the cravings while drinking, maybe look at an e-liquid with a stronger nicotine content. And/or a battery with variable voltage like the spinner so you can boost up the power & the throat hit.

Hi and welcome I find if I've vaped too much I can't sleep ! That's why I've switched to lower nic on an evening as I tend to chain vape !!! Think you may need to go lower as 24 seems high for what you usually smoke stinkie wise ! Hope this helps

Thanks all, i have taken your advice , although i like the look of the cigalikes i think i may be in this for the long haul, ive been smoking since i was 13 and am now 50 so i imagine it wont be a quick fix so i have ordered an evod and some 12mg juices (normally on 10 analogues a day) but i think i may be in the dark a bit when i get it so im sure i will be back with questions which i feel from your replies that you will help.

The patches didn't work for me at all, until I discovered vaping I went cold turkey.


They did keep me awake at night though, even if I removed the patch before I settled down to sleep. As soon as I quit the patches the insomnia stopped.

ooo i like my new evod, so much more powerful than an e-cig.It actually tastes stronger even though the nicotine is 12mg and was 24 mg on my e-cig.
A question though, how do i know how many times to vape? I dont want to have more nicotine than when i was smoking analogues

Glad you like your new evod

It's really hard to say how often & for how long you need to vape as everyone is different. So the best thing I can say is, just vape until the craving for a cigarette goes away

Just take what you want, when you want. You would have to be virtually chain vaping 36mg to get as much nic as you did from an analogue.
The reason being, you absorb nicotine in a much different wayand quantity whilst vaping.

Im still wide awake til about 2 am since ive been vaping.Not too bad , i just read or surf the net, but a bit of a bummer when i had to be up for work at 6 this morning ???
The good news is though that i havent had a stinkie since i got my new evod so thankyou all for your encouragement X

so far i have tried tobbacco, menthol and caramel juice and the menthol is my favourite .The tobacco is boring and the caramel is okayish. ive ordered the alchemist pear drops, lemon meringue, aniseed and liquorice, and coconut nutty caramel somethingy and vodka lime.
Any more recommendations anyone please (12mg)
