I am very new to ecigs and have a starter pack from Vapouriz, with menthol cartridges.I have about 40 left but dont  what do i do when i have finished them as i dont think they are available any more?
Any help appreciated, i only started this week

No never had that with ecigs but have had insomnia when stopped smoking using nicotine patches.

perhaps the carts are too high nicotine for you? Do you have a link to what you have?

The cartridges say 2.4% nicotine per ml and on the vapouriz website these cartridges are not available anymore.I gues they must be an old system

Looking on Vapouriz's site they do still appear to be available, now by you mentioning cartridges I presume you mean cartomisers, if this is the case I found them to be expensive in the long run, what I do suggest is as an alternative is a ego style battery with a clear tank as these do last considerably longer and you can see what you vape, and you have more freedom to choose a flavour that is to your liking

Welcome I take it these are the cig look a like type of ecig ware you have a cig type battery and a cig cork type cartridge I haven't looked on the site ware you got them so im presuming. You miggt want to look on you tube at a evod starter kit and get some juice there are plenty of mental one's to choose from depending on how many fags a day you smoked if is about 20 then maybe start at a strength of 18mg.you tube is a good place to start.

The one i have is a black cigarette like tube with a bit that screws off to screw the battery in to charge and some plastic tips that push on that have a bit of foil to push through

Thanks skanska i will have a look.I normally smoke around 10 fags a day ( 15 if drinking) of Silk cut 0.5mg nicotine and have cut down to 1-2 a day with this ecig

I used to suffer from sleep deprivation when I first started vaping,couldn't sleep through the night, I put it down to the fact that my body was clearing all the junk from my system and my mind was more alert.

Don't get it now, sleep right through the night...or I would if it weren't for the toilet trips with all the water I drink now.

You're not thick at all preston, we all had to start somewhere. I'm not expert enough to know what your set up is but there will be others along very soon who will. There's lots of useful threads and advice to found on here and the people are very friendly and helpful. The main thing is ..you no longer smoke stinkies, so well done.
