I had a battery explode.
Was an ego battery but not sure where I got it from. Was either a cheapy from china of from a local shop.
It exploded big time. Went shooting up the wall like a firework and crash landed. Leaving burn marks on the wall and the ceiling. Landed on bedside cabinet with flames and the spitting of the battery burning my head. (Thats what woke me up)
I forgot to unplug it so it was charging overnight (my mistake). Could of been a lot worse. Lesson learnt

My kettle blew up a few weeks ago..The manufacturer collected it and did tests.. Could not replicate the problem and replaced it...It was a £75 kettle so not a cheap one..
If anything is going to blow.. I am your man..

Ah yes we've done the odd toaster, one was a chrome on with four slots. I loved that toaster for the amount of toast it could produce for me to eat at once  |

Ah yes we've done the odd toaster, one was a chrome on with four slots. I loved that toaster for the amount of toast it could produce for me to eat at once I had a chrome one with extra wide slots and it had these sort of basket things so you could use it for toasted sandwiches too. I was so upset when that one went 'bang'  |
