I've had the i4 for ages now and it's great for me. One tip, drip some superlube in the slots for the sliding -ve connections - smooths it out no-end. Not tried it for ni-cad's though. Where can I buy said lube? (oo er missus!) That is one issue I do have.. stiff sliders..

Super-ShinyThats the one! Gonna do a bit more research tonight and then put my i2 up for sale/trade tomorrow Roscopecotrain have you tried it with aa batteries per chance? How did it cope? Super-Shiny thats all well and good for vaping as I have spare batts for all three mods but I need to be able to charge 4 aa batts when my 3yr old's tablet dies! Charing one at a time would take forever! No i haven't dc84, sorry. No probs

Its just a case of it being ANOTHER charger taking up a socket... if I can sell the i2 and buy an i4 it makes sense to do so.. not going to let it go for peanuts though!

I use the stuff we have at work, but it is this: www.amazon.com/Super-Lube-51010-Oil/dp/B000BXOGHY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1380134142&sr=8-1&keywords=super+lube+51010+ukSorry I can only find US ones. it has a very precise tip for delivering the lube to exactly where it's needed. One tiny pen sized tube lasts forever. [edit] looks like you can find it on ebay - branded loctite but for about £17 for the same sized tube [edit]

HOLD ON A MINUTE! Seriously. If you want lots of AA or AAA batteries and an appropriate charger, don't just buy any old rubbish, buy the current *best* rechargeable batteries on the market. I use sanyo "eneloop" AA batteries for my stuff, the wife's stuff and kids stuff. Are they the absolute best? No idea, but they make duracell and energizer products seem like a total waste of money. eneloops last months in my gadgets. Also, Ansmann make great batteries. Don't be fooled, all the standard stuff is just the sky-cig of rechargables....all promise and no delivery.
