Dunno if I'm just being unlucky at the moment, but I'm getting close to a atty crisis - only 2-3 bauway CE4s left(the last couple used seemed to start leaking within a week), 2-3 dct cartos left (the last couple used seemed to start leaking within a week), and the first of the 5 iClear16s I got from fasttech seems to be excessively (wipe every couple of uses) leaking down the air tube onto battery contact So, 2 questions... 1. am I just being unlucky or do iClears need extra TLC ?? 2. I'm sitting with some dcts and evod clones in a fasttech basket www.fasttech.com/products/1399101www.fasttech.com/products/1367500anyone know if these two are any good or not?? I could do with ego-threaded clearos rather than 510s (thread issues) so any other recs?? SOmeone did put these up focalecig.com/Product/EGO-T4-2mL-Electronic-Cigarette-Round-Mouth-Atomizers-Set-5-PCS--10671 but no info, i.e. replacement heads? HELP !!!!!!

Really surprised about the iClears - are you sure you bought genuine Innokin? Do they have the CE mark and iClear engraved on the metal outer at the bottom of the tank?

Do they have the CE mark and iClear engraved on the metal outer at the bottom of the tank? yes, they are..... first thing I did when they got here was take them apart, wash them out and dry-burn the coils (yes they did need dry-burning) but did not keep them all separate. Now, either you can tighten down the drip-tip enough to ease the leak, but then it's too tight to wick properly and gives burny-tasting hits...this was why I went away from replaceable head clearos before... can't try another until home from work, but not exactly relishing the prospect of having to play mix'n'match with 5 clearo's-worth of parts to get a good one

Another thing, peculiar to replaceable-head clearos - are you checking that the head is screwed down tight and not working loose as you unscrew the tip?
I had a batch of CE4+ - which LTE sold cheap acknowledging this problem - where the head would sometimes unscrew with the tip due to the tight fit.
I've always wondered why they stuck with the screw-in tips when they brought in replaceable heads.

Or they could make an opposite thread ! I used to have the same trouble with heads unscrewing when I used to use ce4 & ce5

GunJack I can send you some of the bauway clearos to tide you over. really kind offer z, but have got enough to get by until whatever I order gets here...the 2-3 of each I have left are unused kit, still got 4-5 bauways that'll take another clean-out or two, especially if I play around with the iClears and get one or two going properly

Mainly use Evods, protank and iclear 30 now. The offer still stands should you change your mind.

I've had FT's Evod clones and haven't had any problems at all GJ, the only thing I've done is give the heads a wash before I've used them. Mainly because others have reported a funky taste if you don't. Though I'd probably not notice with my taste buds. Had their IClear 16's as well, again absolutely fine and haven't bothered dry burning, I don't do that thing . . . fill and vape where possible me.

I have bought both iclear30s and iclear 16s from Fasttech and comparing them to my others from UK vendors they are identical. I have also replaced the head of my first ever iclear 30 (4 and a half months with the original head) with a Health Cabin head and it performs just the same as the original head. I can also say, hand on heart, that I have never had a leaking nor a dry hit problem with any of my iclears unlike the incontinent CE4 and CE5s I used to have. lol
