mob17 vaping can indeed cause dehydration so it is best to increase your liquid intake.

I think I'm right in saying that Propylene Glycol and Glycerin are Humectants Mob, so they'll draw moisture out of your bod . . . that added to the humid climes you're currently in will add to your thirst as Chrissie says. I drink loads more fluid now than I ever did prior to vaping, unfortunately what goes in has to come out with me.

Ah, well, its a relief that i'm not the only one! I was thinking of paying a visit to a local GP, but i'm more confident that it's the climate and e-cigs combining now i've read that. Hopefully when i get back to the UK i'll be back to normal lol

If I was you, Id' definitely order a couple of the replacement heads but hang fire buying any more of the actual clearomisers until you see how you get on with them

Will do, i'm returning on the 12th so should be up and running then!
Does anyone know if using e-cigs can cause skin problems on the palms of hands and soles of feet? Is it possible or definitely something else?

I haven't heard of it in connection with sensitivity issues Mob, but that's not to say it's impossible as everyone's systems react differently. Worth seeing your Doctor if you have any concerns though. The Iclear heads last for ages, so 5 spare should do you for a good while.

Now that i think of it, my skin problems started before my quit date. So i don't think the e cigs caused it. Maybe its not helping with dehydrating me plus dry climate. It's actually 90% normal now, but yes i will see a dermotologist when i get back. Ah thats good, hopefully i won't need to buy anything for a good while. I might actually try some other flavours. I've been using tobacco flavours ever since i quit. Any recommendations of flavours that cool your throat? Apart from minty/menthol flavours

Apart from minty/menthol flavours I'd think those factors are contributing greatly Mob . . if you don't mind looking a bit daft at night, then this could be worth trying: skincare.about.com/od/handcare/qt/Dryskinhandfeet.htmI'd suggest trying some Red Astaire, it's lovely and has that cool feeling on your throat without being overly minty: t-juice.com/t-juice-shop/red-astaire.htmlYou can also get something called Koolada, which will add a cool sensation to any eliquid flavour, without any taste: www.leisureliquids.com/koolada.html

Thanks for the 3 suggestions, think i'll try them all! With the Koolada, how much do i put in to my existing juice? 50:50 mix? Or is it a personal preference? Red Astaire looks nice, ordering 30mls Only thing is its not available in 18mg. 16mg can't be much different?

Ok so i'm back in the UK now and have started using the MVP! First thing i noticed was the iClear 30 looks like it has a much better build quality than the carts i used to use. Also the MVP button isn't that hard as one of the videos suggested. Feels nice when held in my hand. It produces a lot more vapour! I've only tried the Red Astaire flavour so far. Tastes like shisha, reminds me of my younger days. I like it though, its cool on the throat. I think to get a proper comparison between this and my previous cigalikes, i should try the same flavour i used before. I'll do that once this runs out. Guess i should use a new head to prevent the flavours mixing? I currently have the MVP set at 9-10w. Really like how i can change it! Should i even bother with the variable voltage if i have variable wattage? Once again thanks for the advice, its going to make my life a lot easier now
