You'll need to give the IClear a really good wash as well as changing the head as Red Astaire is a flavour that tends to linger Mob.

If VW is working for you, then I'd stick with that setting.

Should i have washed the iClear when i first got it? How long do i need to leave it to dry?

No the innokin stuff is normally good to go. Everything but the head you can dry with a bit of kitchen roll and the head overnight or until the wick is completely dry.

Thanks Roscopecotrain. I have some spare heads so i might replace the head and give the rest a quick wash. Just want to try my old flavour

I meant with this flavour/head around 9w, 9.5 and 10 seems to be a nice workable range. I've actually settled at 8w today.

I'm very impressed by the battery life. I've used it since 9pm last night and the battery is at 4v (out of 4.2). My previous battery would probably have needed to be changed in another hour or so. Also the vapour production is in another league compared to my previous cigalikes. It's thick and consistent I've also quickly gotten used to having a manual battery. It's really not as bas as i thought it would be.

Once there washed and dried give them a dry burn or if you have spare heads get some denture tablets or bicarbonate of soda and soak the head for 24 hours and the coil will be spotless. Don't forget to rinse off with water after.

Okso i have been vaping with the MVP since Saturday night (12/10).

Wow i can't believe how much vapour this thing gives. It's in a totally different league compared to cigalikes. It's consistent and the flavour is better (tried my old tobacco flavour). I also never knew how useful VW would be. Yesterday i was feeling a bit under the weather and turned the wattage down to 6W. Brilliant.

Also the battery seems to last forever?? With my vaping amount i would never run out in 2 days. In fact since Saturday its only gone down to 4.0v. Must be something wrong with the display, or is that right?

I did have a weird issue thats sorted now. I was charging my iPhone and after 30mins the MVP just died on me. No lights nothing. Plugged the charger in and the green light came on but no display or vape. Then i tried a blackberry charger and it sort of switched back on again with 4.0v battery life shown immediately. Strange!

Re the clearomisers. I really like the iClear 30. However i have had leakage into my mouth twice, but on both occassions the MVP was left on its side/upside down. Is this the same for all clearomisers? I felt very bad lol thought i was dying as i swallowed quite a bit.

To sum up the MVP is in a totally different league compared to cigalikes.

Just thought i'd update this thread.

Since then i have bought another MVP as a spare. And about 6 protank coils. May be a bit OTT but i love using it!

Currently smoking Desert Ship 18mg from Mist E liquid. The battery lasts for a good 3-4 days which i find awesome. Gotten used to the manual button too

Have ordered other tobacco flavours to try now. I tried the fruity flavours but my head didn't like them. Think i have to stick to tobacco flavours.

Anyone recommend the best tobacco flavour?

Tabac from Larsen and Tilbrook is a nice "Turkish" baccy flavour. A bit like Dekang T-Blend, but smoother and richer
I mixed it up using 5% in a 70-30 mix and its quite vapable after a week.
