88 days vaping

thats right 88 days ive been vaping without having any need of a real fag

so i started out on 24mg /and soon dropped

after may be 2 weeks i dropped to 18mg

about 3 weeks ago i dropped to 15 mg

and now thinking of going to 10mg in the next few days

SO how have you dropped in mg ..do you think im dropping mg to fast
but ive never had a fag /o and dont wont one nor need one

i hoping to soon be of mg all together ,,,but i think i will allways vape ,,,,its just that hand to mouth thing

I went from 18 to 15 to 7.5, but that last big drop coincided with switching to dual-coil clearos which romp through it faster so I went from 2ml a day up to 3-4ml so might not have achieved much

ive allways vaped about 6ml a day ,,,fill my cobra befor i go to work and refill when i get home ,which last me till morin again

so ive never vaped more than the 6ml per day /you could say im a heavy vaper

MOOSE everyone is different in how quick they drop the nic levels. I started on 30mg and now vape 12mg in the evenings, but 18mg mostly during the day.

Some drop as quick as you have done, others never drop.

My daughter who has never smoked wanted to try vaping, so I made her up some 0mg menthol and she loves it.

I personally don't think nic levels matter as long as you are enjoying vaping and it's doing what you want it to do then thats all that matters.

I started at 18mg, went briefly up to 24mg but found that too strong for me, back to 18, then 12, and now mixing at 10 or even 8mg. Ideally I would like to get down to about 4mg within 6 months or so, and then think that the final jump would be so little to 0nic that I wouldn't really miss the nicotine.
Having said that, I enjoy vaping and the hand-to-mouth thing, so if I am down to 5mg or so I will be quite happy
I have to agree with zeldamum that everyone's different, and some give up within months of starting to vape, and others are quite happy to continue getting their nicotine in a safe and healthier way.

When i started vaping on May 20th i said if it kept me off the fags i would start dropping the nic after 3 months by 1mg per month so that hopefully i would not get any cravings.
So on 20th of August & 20th September i dropped 1mg both times & i'm vaping 16mg now, i hope to be able to stop vaping eventually but if i am unable to do this i'm not too bothered.
