Lots of folks that try e-cigs for the first time end up coughing every time the inhale. Try holding the vapour in your mouth for a a couple of seconds before taking it back into your lungs.

Just a warning, you will probable find you get a dry mouth with pure PG, just increase your fluid intake and it will pass.

I thought I'd read something like that? I already have a dry mouth from medication so its something I will have to watch for. I'll probably order more juices in a combo 80/20 70/30 40/60 and see what suits, its all very early days, everyone's advice is gratefully received!!

Swift update: slight dry mouth on 'de-bang evo type starter kit with free juice' (no idea of mix as nowhere does packaging tell me) but its pleasant enough? I'm desperately steeping joose-juice whilst chugging away at the supplied 'debang' 18mg nicotine Berry Blast, its bearable, not very flavoursome - as no time to steep- but least I've not reached for a cancer stick for over 28 hours. Yippee!!

Well done, great start, Your kit I assume you mean Ego style, I do hope that it's not from that place in Belle Vale..
De-bang Juice is indeed 18mg and quite usless as you are finding out, as a stopgap till your JJ is ready pop into Home & Bargain store get your self some of there juice, also 18mg but at least you can taste something and under £2.00 for 10ml not to bad.
I don't know if anyone has mentioned yet, but the clearomiser you got with the kit will need replaceing in the not too distant future, just stick with what you know for now and if you need a replacement just give me a shout for local sellers.

Luckily I found a deal for 5 clearomisers (all de-bang) at £11.99 so bagged a set to test out, so I have in stock, so to speak? I chose that brand mainly because there's a supplier 3 minutes down road at local petrol station...and I liked the feel of it in my hand after a friend let me try hers *oherr, sounds so wrong*

After a disappointing year of ciggy-likes I thought OMG! this is a massive improvement. I'm still at baby steps stage. But wow, no smokes in almost 2 days? Thats a record. At least when I do give decent juices a go - they might seem deliciously orgasmic

Considering what smoking costs me - per week - anything else, ie. vaping will be a bargain

oh dear...I'm off-topic (in a fashion) will I get wrist slapped by mods? I'm searching vainly for a thread about 'plastic tasting vaping' as my new cigar style tank thingie e-cig is tasting scummy? please reassure me its the cheapo juice
