Very strange that Black Jack Vintage for strength, usually Flavourart is quite potent with their concentrates but it is quite weak at lower percentages

Thanks, Perpetua but I don't have absinthe either and I was going to get what Rom used in his recipe. I might have to buy some more flavouring to make the postage worthwhile.

It won't be diluted, you may or may not want to Snout . . . depends what percentage of PG you intend using. I dilute mine a little with Vodka as I use VG heavy mixes.
