If you had a caravella would you use it for work ? Or would you rather use a cheap clone, which does virtually the same job, I know what I would do, I agree with you when a clone is made it should not bear the markings of the original mod which is happening now, but to make clones what are a lot cheaper than the original gives everybody the opportunity to get a similar version of the original, let's face it clones are going to get better and better, and in my opinion it all comes down to the cost of the original, I have watched numerous reviews on clones and comparisons to the original and many of these reviews now come to the conclusion the difference between them is minimal.

This Nemesis clone is a very good copy, parts are interchangeable with the real thing and it is fully functional
It is however made from a softer metal and the parts fit together well but not seamlessly like the real thing. You can feel the difference when you hold and use them.
In short, the difference is quality of parts.

When they are mass produced with the QC that china is renowned for you will never get the quality match to the real thing.
What you will get however is a decent enough device that will serve the user well, But I'll bet my nemesis is still going strong when the clone is falling apart through wear in much the same way that my vamos are falling apart when my provari is still going strong two years down the line.

I'd have no problem taking anything anywhere I go with me. I have managed to carry a wallet full of cards and cash and a mobile phone, laptop, iPad and other stuff to work and generally daily for years without losing or damaging anything (except my wallet once 28 years ago). I don't see the difference between that and a mod. I'd be just as gutted to lose or damage a genuine mod beyond repair as I would a clone.

Yes, I have a Nemesis clone, but only because I can't get my hands on the real thing. I also have a chi-you clone but don't use it because the Nem clone is far superior in my opinion. The fact that the clone is so good makes me want a real one even more given the fact that it will undoubtedly be better.

I actually got called a snob the other day for turning down a clone in a sale, all im going to say to that is we are living in the wrong kind of society where people no longer beleive we should pay for the hard work and development people have put in to get this product to market....

Yes I have, the difference is only in the slightly smoother action of the switch and not in conductivity.
I have them in the clone too and the result is the same
Tbh though, the switch is fine with the spring

Any idea which one is the best match to either the semi-polished KFL or brushed 3.1 before I pull the trigger blakey ?

I have the VW edition and it looks ok with the lite, I took the coating off of the 3.1s and made them semi polished
The kalafan edition would probably give the better match for the lite.

You will be lucky, I don't have any attys that match the matte version of the nemesis . If you want a match IMO the only option would be shiny and then polish the life out of your atty.
