Just got my iTaste VTR today and I want to ask if anyone sees any advantage to the iClear30S.
Hiding the wicks seems to achieve nothing and it seems pretty clear that they have to introduce a whole new (and bigger) replacement head package, which they haven't done yet.

Yeah they better hurry up with those replacement heads! Apart from the appearance it seems to me to be a much more open draw, I found the original iclear 30 very tight.

This thing is pissing me off - if you fill to 3.0ml it gurgles And it's leaking out of the bottom unto the non-removable wheel. I'm going to try filling only to 2.5ml but if this keeps up I'm going to swap it out for either an original iClear 30 or a Protank 2

I tend to find if something says 2.5ml for instance i fill it too 2.0ml, i.e.....3ml=2.5, 4ml=3.5 or maybe even lower, think it is a pressure thingy and like water/plumbing....it wants to find a way out.

Never had a gurgle filling the iClear 16s to 1.6ml Some are fine, it's the more well made ones that are a problem, the ones with very tight fittings with o-rings left right and center and very airtight, still say it's a pressure thing

The gurgle goes away with the right voltage setting so it vaporizes the juice fast enough and as you break it in.
I have stopped using mine because it drinks juice for fun with minimal improvement over a bcc mega tank.

barrynortonI'm thinking Super-Shiny may have a point here, all decent clearo's have to have a degree of pressure variation to work..Looks as if the I30 is somewhat sensitive by nature.

Which do you use, ChillerVapes? Edit: Oh, I definitely think Super-Shiny has a point - that's what I meant about trying it out with 2.5ml before I abandon it. I'm just disappointed, having not had this problem with the iClear 16

charon barrynortonIf you look at a Kayfun for instance it is so well engineered that one error in filling, i.e filling to fast or filling to the max etc etc you will get a flood or something along those lines, same with a carto tank, if you fill to the brim the juice wants to get out due to pressure so the only place it can find is the punched hole in the carto. Give the juice a little space to breath and it should not want to find a way out, bit like a human suffocating and looking for air.

I'm just disappointed, having not had this problem with the iClear 16 I have a vapeonly / ismoke bcc mega tank, also sold at totally wicked with a different name. Really nice tank and it fits into the VTR perfectly.

Yeah thats the one, they can be rebuilt the same way you rebuild an evod head. The only difference is that they are push fit not screw on. You can also put your own drip tip on too. Check totally wicked out, I think they have a sale on at the moment. Thats of you don't mind having a devil logo on the side lol.
