Ordered a eVic head on Monday from Bargain Vapour and when I checked my e-mail I noticed there was no UPS tracking number so I popped them a mail and within minutes I received a email apologizing because they sent the item by post not UPS. They gave me two options which in my view is top notch: We can send out a new one by UPS with some free e-liquid and if you can post the one in the post back to us we will refund you the postage costs.Or You can wait for the head too arrive and we will refund all postage so all you pay for is the head, we will also post out some e-liquid.I mailed them back and said I will go for UPS option but can you also throw in a Smok Pyrex DCT V2 as I have been meaning to get one but keep forgetting and I will make up the difference in costs. They replied we will send out a new eVic head with the Smok Pyrex DCT V2 by UPS and that should cover the return costs for the head sent to you in the post back to us. Now for me that is top service, no faffing around just a simple fix all round, now I know why I keep buying from Bargain Vapour and will continue to do so  Forgot to add the emails was being answered late at night, do they sleep I don't know  Cracking service  |

Another  from me for this vendor. Good prices and service. I ordered the same thing at about the same time Super-Shiny and got the posted e-mail within three hours. I went for the cheaper registered option though - I'm not as impatient as you  |
